John Renwick is Construction Sector Manager with Energy Skills Partnership (ESP). ESP was established in 2011 to provide the link between industry, government agencies and Scotland’s colleges whilst supporting colleges in the development and delivery of programmes to meet the energy and construction sector’s skills needs. Prior to this John was the Assistant Head of School of Engineering & Sustainable Technologies at Carnegie College and was responsible for setting up the College’s Sustainable Technology Centre in 2012.
His previous experience as a Knowledge Exchange Business Development Advisor at Napier University involved working with SME’s and colleges encouraging collaboration and innovation for businesses looking to access academic support. John was also an associated Director for Fife Construction Forum.
